  17. If there's info there, it's well hidden. The original press release
  18. was on the AT&T website, and I have a hardcopy here. Unfortunately
  19. it will *not* be in modems, since it runs over current "lines" only
  20. in the sense that the copper can be used with new hardware at both
  21. ends. That means all new central office stuff, cutting over whole
  22. exchanges, and getting totally ropped off on rates as usual.

  24. Look at what ISDN rates are and figure what the rates for this would
  25. be.
